Can I arrange travel for a colleague or client?
Yes. Explain who is travelling and share their itinerary when preparing the enquiry. Passenger and organiser details can be confirmed when arrangements are made.
Can one itinerary include several meetings?
Yes. Include each address, required arrival time and expected duration. Waiting and later collections need to be agreed as part of the complete itinerary.
Can we travel between cities or abroad?
Yes. Business journeys can connect cities in Poland and abroad, including Kraków–Prague or Warsaw–Berlin. Both endpoints are your choice; availability is confirmed for the requested itinerary.
Can you include an airport connection?
Include your flight number, airport and arrival or departure time. Kraków and Katowice airport transfers can form part of your business itinerary.
How many people can travel together?
The Defender 130 can seat up to seven guests. Tell us the party size and luggage requirements so a suitable seating arrangement can be confirmed.
